Dr. Mario S. De Souza Ferreira is an Organizational Development Psychologist and a retired Master Sergeant from the United States Air Force (USAF) after 22 years of Honorable Service.  Before his military service, he was a cadet at La Salle Military Academy in Oakdale, NY.

Residing in Las Vegas, NV, Dr. De Souza Ferreira is fluent in English, Spanish, and Catalan. He obtained his master's degree in Rehabilitation Counseling before achieving his dream of earning a PhD in Psychology from Walden University in February 2024.

With 30+ years of leadership and organizational development under his belt, Dr. De Souza Ferreira has spoken at military functions in Germany and Spain to demonstrate many abilities and skills of leadership traits. He is a coach and consultant for two non-profit organizations: Turning Point Nevada and Voice of the Vet. He is also an author who is currently working on content focused on leadership skills for adolescents. He is currently working on launching a podcast dedicated to discussing leadership tricks of the trade.

Dr. Rich Rader is a seasoned Maxwell Leadership certified coach, influential speaker, and adept trainer with a remarkable background spanning 40+ years in the corporate world, 30+ years in ministry, and over two decades in higher education.

Hailing from Ontario, OH, Dr. Rich, a proud four-time graduate of Ashland University, seamlessly integrates his diverse experiences into a unique leadership perspective. 

As an ordained minister, he infuses values-based servant-leadership principles into his coaching and speaking engagements, offering a holistic approach to personal and professional growth. Driven by a passion for positive change, Dr. Rich is not only a dynamic figure in leadership development but also a social entrepreneur committed to making a meaningful impact in communities.

With a wealth of practical insights cultivated through decades of experience, Dr. Rich stands as a versatile and influential force in guiding individuals and organizations toward success.
